A new and upcoming way of training for the future

Online PT is a service that is very popular at Griggs Fitness. Whether you are wanting to achieve weight loss, gain muscle or partake in sport specific training. Online Personal training sessions are not only cheaper, but a very effective and practical alternatitive to in-person training.


I use this method with clients who live in lots of different locations and live too far away to travel for in-person sessions.

Sport specific training to take you to the next level

Have you ever imagined as a sports performer how to push yourself and level up? With the use of tailored plans that are specific to yourself and the sport you play. Strength & Conditioning training can set you above from the rest of the pack.
